One on one :

After an initial assessment and goals interview you'll get an individualized progressive work out program tailored to your specific goals, schedule and equipment access. Meet with a trainer 1 to 4 times a week, depending on package, and receive workout updates that match your abilities and progress. Have access to a trainer 24/7 via email and Text. Sign up to our social media feeds for articles and fit tips to help keep you on track during your fitness journey

Partner Training/Small Group Sessions

Have a friend who wants to train? Sign up together and receive a partner discount. Spend more time with a trainer than traditional "Bootcamp" classes and receive a personalized progressive workout tailored to your specific goals

Online One on One or Small Group Sessions

Have a lot going on at home? Work making it difficult to get your exercise in? Need to take your trainer on the road? Want to workout with multiple friends from all over the country? Want to exercises with your kids while they're away at school? Schedule a one on one or small group (up to 3) session for an intense workout and receive a video copy of the workout for your own exercise library. All you need is an internet connected device and a Skype, Zoom or Duo account

Monthly Membership PackaPackages

Save more by staying consistent. Sign up for 2 to 4 sessions a week and save on one of our monthly membership packages.

All sessions, one on one and group maintain a 12 hr advanced notification for cancellations. Less then 12 hrs will be rescheduled (if time is available) or the client will be charged
