Introducing Bob Johnson, a seasoned Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with 16+ years of experience in the fitness industry. Bob has dedicated his life to helping individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and athletic abilities achieve their health and fitness goals.
After ten years of service in the US Navy, Bob pursued his BA in Education from Georgian Court University. However, a boxing injury caused him to gain weight and lose his confidence and athletic ability. Bob then became a CPT, learning the skills needed to transform his body and mind.
Bob's approach to fitness is unique, as he specializes in using unconventional training methods such as steel maces and clubs, battle ropes, kettlebells, and sandbags. He designs individualized programs that incorporate NASM's OPT model.
Bob is passionate about inspiring and motivating his clients to take control of their health, fitness, and quality of life. He believes that everyone can lead a healthy lifestyle with a little instruction and guidance.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Bob has the expertise to help you reach your full potential. In his free time, Bob enjoys swing maces and clubs, mountain biking, kayaking, and skiing, all of which help him stay active and inspire others to do the same.
